John Besh and Aaron Sanchez plan to unleash their taco/tequila bar Johnny Sanchez in the CBD sometime this month. Chef BFFs and television personalities John Besh and Aaron Sanchez will open Johnny Sanchez in the former Ste. Marie space this month.  While no official opening date is yet known, this week Besh and Sanchez chum it up via video for NOLA.com, revealing that there will be live music at the upcoming restaurant.   As for the food, it's all about ever-evolving contemporary crossroads of Latin/Mexican meeting a Louisiana-French style of cooking with tacos, tostadas and ceviches as the "driving point" of the menu.
