Graves Hollow formed in spring 2004 with the original name Guilt Trip. But soon after legal disputes, They later changed their name. The Two original Members, Mike Harvey and Per Anderton Were Joined along side with White Noise drummer Tony Thompson. After the addition of Vocalist Cody Perez and Fred Ramsey, The band began recording their first EP, which remained untitled.
In Early 2005, Graves Hollow recruited former Rikkets drummer Josh Russel, after the absents of Tony Thompson. But It wasn't for long that the band finally called it quits.
Graves Hollow Reformed, January 2006, with one original member and an all new line up.
