Born Olugbamu Ilelabola November 19, 1988 Lagos, Nigeria. Don Bang is from Ogun State. Don Bang is based on Soft Reggae with unique rhythm and style. He defines his music as a mixture of traditional rap with full blown beats, and spoken words in Fuji, pidgin English and several other native languages. He expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color. Don Bang dedicated himself to music right from child hood. Music has always been a major influence and also a remedy to the trials and tribulations life presents. He joined the church youth choir at the age of seven and began learning how to play instruments. He visited the City Senior College from 1999-2005. With that outlet available it gave him the ability to adapt to any environment and circumstance. The lessons learned has helped guide his intuition and passion for music. Don Bang focused on creating the most unique and quality driven reggae music.
Don Bang Started music professionally at the age of 17. He soon began to perform in numbers of shows.
Don Bang has worked with international labels such as:
