starting out as very basic music written with the bare essentials of an acoustic guitar and a single voice, these songs easily adapt ......daniel likes to write lyrics and is somewhat of a poet.... sometimes he even writes music to go along with the words, thus you have songs. these are the beginnings of some of the citizenz somgs. these aren't unlike most songs you hear, they're catchy and usually about relationships, searching for the meaning of life, or somethin like that.... johnny and daniel have been friends since the beginning of time, lol. these days johnny is a club dj who i'd say is easily one of texas' best at it, honestly. he and daniel have worked together on several other projects before this one. initially recruited as the band dj, johnny decided to re-invent himself on a bass guitar instead. with a background that includes live vocal experience, his abilities will be used in that aspect as well very soon. The Citizenz are seeming to effortlessly adapt their music to most any audience they play for. set out to make a musical genre all it's own, the realms of this music (if there are any even existant) has to be experienced to even begin to fathom.....this unique spin on today's music performed by daniel and company seems to captivate each audience it performs for - always leaving them wanting more!
