Artist Information | | |
For the past three years,Aisle 3 has swam against the waves of the current music scene, with its multitudes of screamo, indie, emo, and nu-metal bands, and has created a sound all their own. Their recently-released first album, Ultimatum, is a 21-track culmination of Aisle 3's first two years as a band. With influences from Boston to Imogen Heap to Green Day and Lostprophets, Aisle 3 refuses to be pigeon-holed in to one particular genre. At a recent Battle of the Bands event in West Linn, Oregon, Aisle 3 was coined as "David Bowie meets Iron Maiden". Unfortunately, you wont be hearing much of that sound on Ultimatum, as the band only crafted that sound in the past year or so. "Hold On", "Enough", "Manic", and "Uphill Climb", are the four tracks on Ultimatum that begin to provide a glimpse into the big picture that is Aisle 3 today.
They are currently sponsored by Antic Clothing of Portland, OR, and represented by Falcon Promotions, also of Portland, OR.
