Vercelive learned the meaning of loyalty, survival and grind watching his older cousins and uncles living the fast life on the grimy streets of Muskegon Heights, Michigan (also known as "Tha Murda Mitten"). Vercelive, However, had a different vision.
Vercelive first started performing at the age of eleven. His mother, Theresa (Dirti) Byrd is a legendary rapper who was known for her excellent performances. She was a big influence in Vercelive's life. His first show was with Dirty Byrd as she opened for Laface Recording Artist Darnell Jones. The incredible crowd response was validation to what his mother already knew...... Vercelive was a star!
At age 11 Verclv found his passion for music and decided this was his life. Verce and his cousins Carlos(Produckt), Jarmain, and Lemont created a group called The Eastside Ballers which later became known as The Dynamiks (made up of only Verce and Produkt). Verce performed in many talent shows and festival in the parks, building his fan base.
Striving to become a successful artist herself, Vercelive's mother moved the family to Tacoma, W.A. where Vercelive and Dirti Byrd teamed up to rock many concerts and tours leaving screaming fans grabbing and asking for autographs. Vercelive ascended to the top of the rap gmae by opening for major-label Artist such as David Banner, Kurupt, E-40,Ray Lavender, TayDizm, The Roots, Lil Chuckie, Young Dro, Crime Mod, B.O.B., Travis Porter,Young Ralph, Field Mobb, Dem GetAwayBoyz, The Shop Boys.
Verce had already proven himself as a great performer and his succes led him to being featured on several underground mixtapes which greated a huge buzz in the streets. Because of his ability to get in and out of the both which is hard for most artist, producer Vercelive has worked with in the past has often gave him nicknames such as "Mr.One Take" Vercelive say, "I grew up going in and out the studio watching my momma kill shows so this aint nothing new, there's so much talent in the fam its like it runs in our blood".
After moving to Atlanta, Vercelive claims the city as his last stop before success and this seems to be true as he's landed himself with many label offers. This humble but yet very hungry artist is determined. He say, "Growing up i was showed if you dont grind, you dont eat, and even if i get full, im still gone grind cause im greedy wit it,lol"

After performing his smash hit single at A-Town Day in ATlanta, GA Vercelive was approached by The Grind Magazine, Ozone Magazine, Rolling Out Magazine and Hot Block Magazine just to name a few.
Verce has steadily been making waves thoughout the city. His single has caught the ears of V103's Greg Street, Hot 107.9's Griffy 2 Trillion, Dj TRock CEO of RockHarder DJ's, Lod's DJ Brad.
With HoodHard DJ, Dj Krispy Kreme releasing a mixtape featuring Vercelive called "Ears to the streets vol.2", you can expect to be hearing a lot more from Vercelive over the months to come
