Exploding into the US club scene at the age 18, Michael James became a resident to Arizona (US) largest nightclub, Club Gotham. He quickly became a favorite within the US rave scene/circuit; blowing away his peers. Now 10 years into his career, Michael James has shared the decks and is being been booked in tandem with World greats such as Charles Feelgood, DJ Dan, Christopher Lawrence, Bad Boy Bill, Donald Glaude, DJ Craze, DRC, Micro, Dave Aude,...etc.
With guest performances at Arizona’s top nightclub Myst, (Scottsdale, AZ) along with creating a recurring after hours in Tucson, AZ that has yet to be rivaled. In the past couple years, Michael has received Icon status in Arizona and with over 20,000 miles traveled in 2006 to major cities such as Chicago, Miami, San Diego, Seattle...etc, Michael is poised for a big year in 2007!

As of 01/31/07 Michael will be migrating back to his roots and once again calling the Sunshine State his home. Saturating himself in one of the nations hottest house music markets, Michael will be taking the leap of faith to a City that will fulfill his needs like no other....Miami get ready!!

With the upcoming closing of a Tucson institution, Club Heart 5 will be hosting a reuniun event to end all events. Co-founders of FBI (Funky Beat Insurgents) that once packed the club with every event, will be returning for one last harra. Come bare witness to two amazing dj's that are moving on and up and will most likely not be seen Tucson for a long time to come...or never.

With the upcoming departing of an Arizona icon, Michael James will be throwing another afterhours bash that is sure to rock the city! Falling on the weekend night before christmas eve, this night is sure to bring out the party goers! J Armand will kick off the electro-house celebration at 2:00 am sharp! Followed by a "NOT TO BE MISSED" 3 hour "SAY GOOD BYE SET" by Miami's future star, MICHAEL JAMES! This might be the last time to hear him play in Tucson.....we hope to see you all there!
