Artist Information

Illbreak is a four piece band based out of Atlanta, GA. Their music consists of heavy guitar riffs and powerful, hook-laden melodies. The band was formed in late 2002. It's members are: Gareth Asher - vocals, Josh Huff - guitar, Matt Payton - Drums, and Eric Hinton - bass. Illbreak has been in the trenches playing at venues in the southeast and churning out potential hits since their beginning. They've shared the stage with artists such as: Staind, Breaking Benjiman, 3 Doors Down, Saliva, Shinedown, AlterBridge, Socialburn, RA, 30 Seconds to Mars, Future Leaders of the World, Silvertide, 12 Stones, Crazy Anglos, and Atomship. Illbreak signed a record deal with Imprint Records in August 2004. They recorded their album "The Flood" with producers Paul Ebersold (3 Doors Down, Saliva, Sister Hazel) and Geoff Ott (Nickelback, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam) at 747 Studios in Memphis, TN. Soon after, Illbreak realized how incompetent Imprint was to promote their new record and run a label. They broke free from their contract and set sail alone with their record in search of a new label to work with and further their success. Catch the wave and experience "The Flood."
