DLF was created around january of 2006. Its original members were Dustin Ruspini, Manuel Orbegozo, Henry Delafuente and Chris Delafuente. Jam sessions always took place at the delafuente's house everyday after school. Our first show was at the lions club and we played 4 songs including a between the buried and me cover song. its almost a year and we have about 8 songs. Songs were recorded first at Anton Notkin's house, were we recorded the social flu demo. after that, dustin had to leave the band in order to attend college. Nick Washkin replaced him for a few shows, and also throught the making of
"drunken wisdom". After playing shows in the area, Elias Santos finally filled in, and it formed a solid line up. We've been playing a lot of shows around here and recently also released the "feigned future" demo, which was recorded at Nick Buford's studio. go check us out and tell us if you'd like us to play at any of your shows, no matter where.
